Then, choose from the eight different sauces for seasoning.After, the wok master will expertly stir it on the wok and meld altogether to get the flavour then cooked for a few minutes and serve into one beautiful plate.

I ordered for Arroz Thai with veges(broccoli, carrots, mixed capsicum, mung sprouts and topped with fried onions seasoned with light soy sauce. It’s known as pad-siew”(Thai stir-fried wide rice noodles) in Thailand and called Ho-fun “河粉” in China.This time, it’s very tasty, savoury and not salty at all.

Love the way when I can customize it, choose the ingredients ,the kind of noodles and sauce then watching the cooks bring it all together before my eyes. They are quick&friendly and they serve in a large, hot plate full.The portions are always generous!
