In a suburban area in a typical shop with a discrete entrance next to the outdoor smoking sofa area, you find this unusually good small restaurant with traditional Portuguese food.
We were a couple for lunch during the week without reservation and were received with a smile and fast remark about the last table in a full restaurant was indeed reserved for us.
We had their 2 freely served fried starters, 2 half portions of their daily menus (enough for 4) which were a very tasty boar pasta and a good Cozido a Portuguesa; we shared a wonderful dessert with half a bottle of house Alentejo red wine, waters and coffees for €50 incl tip, which is a very good value/price relation.
We will for sure be back with more time and without the car, because they have one of the absolutely best fine & rare Portuguese wine selections.
5 estrelas!
