Muito bonito o restaurante e a comida era fantastica! Tapas tradicionais portuguesas para partilhar entre o grupo. O atendimento era incrível, todos muito simpáticos. Vou voltar certamente.

Salmoura is smart and honest cooking all together .
The way they pick classic dishes and give them a twist is something out on this world.
The space is small but super cozy. The rule of Salmoura is that "food is to be shared" so grab a friend and go there right away.
Staff is super nice and knows what they are doing. Having the right amount of jinga and professionalism.
SUPERSTAR DISHES
You have to try the wild boar. They use a in season fruit to side the meat. Either if its pear or cherry, the meat feels like butter. And that's another one of salmoura's rules. Always use In Season. Respect the seasons yall.
I never had squid eggs and it became one of my favorite dishes of all time.
Codfish is awesome, well presented and beautifully balanced.
This is one of the best secrets of Lisbon. And price wise. Its pretty cheap for what you're getting.
