Two of my friends from Ukraine are working there. I went there today for the first time. It was a small place, but everything was well organised. One friend works at the front. The food there was delicious. I'm not a vegetarian so I can't tell what was exactly inside those lasagnas and rolls, but trust me, they are very tasty. The staff were very friendly, too. I learned that all of them are from the Ukraine, and the food is somewhat Ukrainian style. They have a small menu of four dishes each day and it is worth having a try of all of them. And they have a "sumo de oasis", a juice made from ginger, apple, and other fruit/vegetables. That one's my favourite.
P.S. There is another Oasis behind Volkswagen Santogal. My other friend is working there. Same food, same quality. I thought I couldn't live without meat, but I might be wrong. I won't say if being a vegetarian is cool, but this restaurant makes some wholesome and delicious vetarian dishes.
P.S. 2 For anyone who wants to speak or practise speaking Russian, this is the place. I tried to speak Russian with them and it was lekker!

Basically - I highly suggest. The cabbage salad tastes just like from my dear Eastern Europe!! Looooove it!
