Small family restaurant run by fado musicians led by Alexandra Sousa and her relatives. They cook, serve and play music: singers sing passionately and serve food! Very personal contact , good food and great overall experience: and it is not an exaggeration as we have seen some of the best fado ( Anna Moura , etc) already. Fully reccommended!
A great place to experience intensive fado music and have an enjoyable dinner at the same time. The paintings on the walls are exquisite!
Unbelievable find � expected a meal in a very atmospheric restaurant but served by staff who had the most incredible voices, accompanied by beautiful Portuguese guitars. Multitasking in the kitchen ��� glorious food. What a family ��
Perfect! Good food and wonderful, warm feeling with talented musicians. Three different singers sang so incredible beautifully alone and together and two guys played acoustic guitar skillfully (other was portugalian 12-string guitar). It felt like we were dropped in the middle of the some heartwarming movie - unbelieveble experience! This was our first time listening fado and can't imagine better way to get to know this music.

Great food, warm, personal service, and world class fado. The family are all exceptionally talented musicians. When one visits Madeira this restaurant is not to be missed.

One of the most authentic 'tascas de Fado' I have seen. And that includes Lisbon. Excellent voices. The best Guitarra Portuguesa you will probably ever hear. Boy, do I love this place.

Familienbetrieb, klein und gemütlich, aber auch geschäftstüchtig. Wir hatten einen schönen Abend und ich wäre gern für immer geblieben, aber das hat Alexandra wohl nicht ernst genommen.
Der junge Musiker Vitor war unglaublich, die Stimme hat uns verzaubert. Herzlichen Dank und ich hoffe auf ein Wiedersehen mit diesem fantastischen Club
This family of most talented musicians perform with passion, amazing voices and self-expression while in between the songs serving their guests food and wine to go alongside the concert. It was such joy to spend the fado- night in such relaxed and friendly atmosphere! Enjoyed every moment of it :)
