We had the local fish with banana and passion fruit ( my partner said it was best food he had ever eaten in his life - and we are proper foodies) I had the meat ravioli which was wonderful - also beautiful place to eat and staff 1st class just a shame we had no room for dessert!
This is a marvellous restaurant, with interior and exterior tables, very cosy. They put lots of effort into serving food in a way that makes your eyes and belly smile. I've had cabbard fish with banana covered with passion-fruit sauce - simply mouth-watering. They make the best cappuchino in Funchal and you can always count on a interesting chat to their professional and charming manager who is the right person at the right place. You just feel very well there.

Undoubtedly one of the best places I've eaten . . . . . anywhere! The food was incredible , the flavours and presentation of the tapas were delightful , the whole ambiance was so pleasant and relaxing and the staff were so friendly and helpful .
Situated away from the tourist trail with a very reasonably priced menu , once you've visited you will want to go back , again and again.
There is not one thing I could fault about this place , a purely wonderful dining and /or drinking experience.
