I went with a friend, and let me tell you... I had the most amazing ribeye EVER!But let me start from the beginning.The place is located in the very heart of old historical Cascais village. Narrow streets and lovely well preserved buildings are your sights till you get to this gorge restaurant.The place itself is very cozy, homy and comfy. The owners greet you at your arrival, and they are the sweetest couple ever. Funny, welcoming, so nice and polite. Dan is the head Chef. Denise, his wife, is an elegant, funny, bright woman! So we started with this amazing bread freshly made (still steaming!), focaccia and seeds bread! Yummy! With a perfect humus on the side. Usually I don’t touch the bread, but this was so amazing that I even took a pic!We both asked for the ribeye, as the place is well known for its great cuts of meet. And let me tell you... it was OUT OF THIS WORLD! You know when the food comes and you simply stop talking?... exactly. You get to choose your sides. I had the most amazing sautéed fresh veggies and a salad. My friend had sautéed pasta. I didn’t taste it, but by his face I could see it must have been divine.The restaurant has a wide range of noble cuts, as well as fresh cod, which I will try on my next visit.We skipped desert, as the meat got us pretty comfy. But I have my mind set on a papaya pudding I saw on the list.Next time...

One of the best restaurants in Lisbon area and Cascais. The staff was amazing just like the ambiance. Steaks were delicious also the sauces and starters. Mushroom was a little bit salty for me but sea foods were really worth a try.
Excelente restaurante. O atendimento dos proprietários e do staff é ótimo. A carne maravilhosa, suculenta, no ponto pedido. O bacalhau também muito saboroso. Um lugar a se retornar diversas vezes.
We had our first meal here last night and it was SO good! The waiter assigned to our table was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy, the steaks were cooked exactly how we asked for them to be and the traditional Brazilian combination side/sauces that came with them were explained so we didn’t have to work it out for ourselves. Wine was also excellent (we went for the Quinta da Bacalhoa - Branco). All in all, a very pleasant evening in a restaurant we will be returning to often.

Best steak restaurant in town so far. From staff to food everything is amazing in this place. Absolutely highly recommended. It’s definitely one of the top restaurants in Lisbon area!
A comida muito bem servida e maravilhosa, atendimento muito simpático e atencioso, vinhos bons, entradas ótimas, sobremesas muito boas. Ambiente muito calmo e agradável. Adorei! Recomendo.

É sempre um prazer voltar e jantar no Armazem 22, o meu restaurante de carne preferido onde tb fazem umas caipirinhas muito boas.
Gosto especialmente das "prime ribs" e fraldinha que o patrão sabe cortar e cozinhar na perfeição.
Atendimento simpático e muito atencioso, sentimo-nos em casa. O espaço é pequeno e muito acolhedor.
Não é barato mas a qualidade da carne e o serviço justificam o preço.
Convém marcar.
Visita obrigatória para quem gosta de carne.

O melhor restaurante de carne e mesmo no centro da villa de Cascais. Carne de excelente qualidade sempre muito bem confeccionada e saborosa. Atendimento muito simpatico
Sem duvida dos um dos melhores restaurantes de cascais. A carne é de uma qualidade bastante acima do normal. Apesar de não ser muito barato, o preço é mais do que justo! Bifes grandes e altos, e muito muito saborosos! O atendimento é da maior simpatia. Para quem gosta de comer uma boa carne este restaurante é sem duvida paragem obrigatória!
Armazém 22 foi uma excelente descoberta em Cascais. É um espaço muito acolhedor, com um atendimento muito atencioso e caloroso! O menu todo ele parece delicioso, tendo sido um pouco difícil escolher, daí ser um sítio a voltar em breve.
Aconselho vivamente.

Armazem is one of my favorite restaurants in Cascais is not only their steaks but also their delicious trout with banana that mix makes a fabulous dish and don't forget the caipirinha is the best in town. Service 5 stars Denise, Dan and joão thank you!
Uma belíssima surpresa! Em modo de celebração (a 3) conseguimos mesa no restaurante a um sábado antes das 20h.Restaurante com bom ambiente, seleto, simples com pormenores que nos deixam cativar e ficar! O atendimento simpático e atencioso.Excelente carne, tenra e boa apresentação. Seleção de vinhos correta. Apenas um senão: os preços elevados! Vale a pena ir para experimentar e partilhar vários pratos de carne e...celebrar!

Perdido no casco antigo de Cascais, o Armazém 22 é uma agradável surpresa. Muita simpatia no serviço, com um espaço acolhedor e agradável e principalmente a carne de qualidade indiscutível. É o local para um verdadeiro apreciador de um bom corte grelhado!

Excelente restaurante para se comer carne. O restaurante é de um cas brasileiro emigrante em Portugal há alguns anos já é a paixão deste homem é a boa carne. É ele próprio que está nas brasas e garante a correta confecção da mesma. Pratos fora do normal como prime-rib ou bife kobe fazem parte do menu. Vale a pena perguntar sempre primeiro qual a carne recomendada para o dia!
